Where do we meet for the flight?
We will meet you at your hotel at the confirmed time. (Around 04:00 – 04:30 am in the summer and 05:00 – 05:30 am in the winter.)
Can children fly?
Children under the age of 6 not allowed to fly. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
When do you cancel the flight?
Safety is the main concern. If the weather does not allow to fly, Turkish Civil Aviation authorities cancel the flights. We will never charge you if the flight is canceled due to weather conditions.
How do I book my reservation?
You can give us call or use our online booking form. If we have availability we will send you a confirmation email.
Do you have Insurance?
Yes. All passengers are insured up to 1,000,000 EURO.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, you can bring your camera or phone to capture the amazing views.
What should I wear?
The air temperature will be cooler than on the ground, so we recommend that you wear long sleeves and long trousers. You should also wear comfortable footwear and avoid high-heeled shoes.
